Quality control is a primary concern for the Prodways group. Since its creation, Prodways Materials, which develops and manufactures materials, has continued to develop its expertise to meet the quality requirements for the production of raw materials for the additive manufacturing industry.
LATEST QUALITY CONTROL TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES
Prodways laboratories are equipped with the latest quality control technology to ensure optimal development at every stage in the production of your materials. Our production center site in Germany has been certified ISO9001 since 1998 and was re-certified by Dekra Certification GmbH in February 2015.
Our expertise, gained from more than 20 years of experience in thedevelopment and manufacturing of resins used for the medical markets, is a major asset in our work with many other industries. Our manufacturing team and our expert chemists integrate monitoring and quality control measures at every step of material production. Ensuring top quality is a central focus throughout the development process, from concept to delivery.
QUALITY CERTIFICATIONS
The Prodways group production site, located in Friedberg, Germany, is certified ISO9001, ISO13485:2012 is dedicated to medical devices (certified by Dekra Certification GmbH), particularly for the development and production of photopolymerisable resins for medical applications (dental and hearing aids) under the certificate reference 50245-11-00.
The perennial objective of Prodways, through Prodways Materials, is to offer and continually develop high-performance, premium materials which allow for new possibilities in promising applications for the industrial world.
