Prodways is the new fast growing company in B2B 3D printing. Backed by an high tech, independent French listed industrial group, Groupe Gorgé, we intend to rapidly establish ourselves as a leader and to become the third largest player in the world to offer a range of multi-technological products and all 3D printing services to our customers. Launched in 2013 with the acquisition of a cutting edge 3D printing technology, the Prodways adventure ramped up incredibly fast to create a group of 175 people, established in France, with subsidiaries in Germany, in Hong Kong and the US, proposing premium machines, materials and services to industrial and medical customers worldwide.

As Sales Engineer, previously successful sales & technology leader with hands on experience in technical sales environments, you have the opportunity to shape this exciting future in the fastest growing market. We will give you responsibility and the chance to make an impact from your first minute, make Prodways grow and grow with us.

YOUR 3D DAY – JOB SUMMARY

  • Meeting sales goals and objectives through your sales activities.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through distribution network support and key account action.
  • Understanding and analyzing the competitive environment and market trends, and providing innovative insights on positioning product and service to improve Germany turnover.
  • Coordinating and participating in exhibitions and trade-shows.
  • Working closely with our Channel and Marketing Directors to optimize our sales coverage and promote our brand.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min. 5-10 years of experience managing B2B sales.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in 3D or CAD/CAM world (machines, scans, software, services).
  • Track record of delivering results with both high customer satisfaction and sales value.
  • Competencies to sell high end equipment and develop technological sales.
  • Ability to support and develop resellers’ sales activity.
  • Goal oriented with capacity to develop superior relationships with prospects, build customer trust, maintain an excellent. reputation and deliver organizational value.
  • International profile highly desired.
  • This job requires extensive travel in Germany, and secondly in Europe.
  • You are a fluent German speaker.
